
The 2025 En Primeur week has come to a close at Château Margaux, after four intense days dedicated to discovering the new vintage.
On this occasion, Alexis Leven-Mentzelopoulos, together with by the technical and hospitality teams, presented the 2025 vintage, reflecting on this year’s weather conditions. The tastings allowed professionals from around the world to experience the first expressions of Château Margaux, Pavillon Rouge, and Pavillon Blanc 2025, taken directly from the barrel.
The 2025 vintage was particularly well-received during these initial tastings, generating genuine enthusiasm. Benefiting from ideal weather throughout the week, this edition took place in a particularly pleasant setting, providing the perfect environment for welcoming professionals and fostering discussions. A key moment in the Bordeaux wine calendar, En Primeur week remains a crucial time for analysis and networking, where experiences and initial impressions intersect.
Nearly 1700 tasters were welcomed to the estate. Their presence testifies to the continued interest in this event, as well as the attention paid to this 2025 vintage, widely praised for its quality.
