Pruning

Pruning began at the end of November in the red grape plots. This work, which should last until March, is essential in ensuring the proper development of the vines and their grapes. Naturally, we entrust this delicate and essential task to the skilled hands of our vineyard workers. Throughout their careers they will tend the same plots, get to know them and help them reach their full potential.
Once the vines are pruned, the vine cuttings are useful. They are crushed, composted then spread over our vineyards, thus bringing organic material to the soil.
