The harvest of the white grapes began on September 8. Throughout the summer the weather has been fabulous, just like in 2005. We couldn't have dreamt it any better. The first sorting out will be finished today, with a significant increase of volume compared to previous years, and a very homogeneous maturity of the grapes. The weather forecast for the next ten days remains just as favourable.
